If it is your view that you want compensation it makes to sense at all to tell the other side what you will settle for. It undermines your position and everyone elses .

By now there will be someone at the MMs saying "Excellent - now we know what's the topside is with him".

And other people will have to work harder to undo the damage you have done.

So please everyone don't speculate as to the damages figure on here. It will not help.
