ROTALA-getting ready to roll

Interesting acquisition today .... let us see if any good comes out of this one. Also interesting will be the present accounting period for a previous acquisition of ROL's - Zak's. They (Zak's) seem to have some strange routes and I've yet to see any passengers on any of their (in service) busses that I've gone past. Don't see how Zak's can do anything but lose money - and by the appearence of some of the busses I've seen then a bit of capital expenditure might be due before too long.
Also let's hope their are no more administrative errors such as that of RNS Number:0340O of 15 December 2006. Otherwise administrative costs will end up being proportionally high given ROL's smallish mkt cap. So is anyone out there monitoring or holding this stock - if so, can they think of any positive reason to purchase this stock?
