I found the `sale` conditions open to interpretaion...namely that the equity stake taken by Teasses Capital Ltd...is exactly that, an equity stake, (other sources refer to it as a `major` equity stake), suggesting that no repayment will be made on this investment....until it`s floated or resold....hence repayments will only be made on the Clydsdale debt finance and we don`t know how much that was...
