ROS .. the gamblers anonymous thread !!!

20p...is that before or after we`ve been informed as to how ROS intend to implement their `investing in seperate fields` strategy?......We`ve yet to be informed as to how Remp and Bertie intend to formulate these latest fund raising proposals?. My bet is that licenced fields will be hived off into subsidiaries,ie, such as `Ramco Donegal Ltd` for instance, whereby the holding company,ie Ramco Energy ltd, will retain 51% of the shares with the rest going to the market place......you might be right, depending on the number of shares issued, 49% of 448bcf of unrisked gas.....may well be worth 20p a share to a subsidiary company?, this also being reflected in the main Ramco Energy valuation.....that`s a lot of paperwork...but it could be done. My bet is that it would only be proposed for the first couple of fields...untill the company`s coffers had been replenished.

this is from the `Telegraph`..Questor reviewing his last years tips...he`s quick to distance himself from his recommendations that fail to reflect his own judgement.

the truth is that...... each year, from his annual selection of six, he picks a faller...the single tip from the previous year refered to..... was Ramco.
