ref skirbell...nice post..but I can`t see how they now have two jobs...they still run the services side as before, but they didn`t have two jobs before. Technicaly with the £50m of debt still on the books...they are bankrupt...there`s no other word for it, this is why I was suprised that to remain as a `going condern`, under the E@Y sign-off conditions for the last set of numbers...they would retain the service side untill the field was sold first...what suprised me was that they went the other way round. However having said that...no one seems worried about it, suggesting that the sale of the field is a forgone conclusion and I`d be very suprised if there was any cash left in the pot but then we may have some form of recourse over the infrastructure...and `yes` I expect there to be a cash raising exercise next year....but to be successfull, they will have to induce us to part with the cash by comming with some results/incentive and reasons for the cash. If it`s just a case of maintaining wages and overheads...that`s me out
