China's January gasoline exports seen at 200,000 tons - report
BEIJING (AFX) - China's gasoline exports for January are expected to reach
200,000 metric tons, up from 175,000 tons in December, Xinhua news agency said.
The increase will be mostly due to PetroChina's resumption of gasoline
exports after the company chose not to make overseas shipments in December when
it needed to ease tight domestic supplies, especially in south China, the news
agency said.
PetroChina has yet to finalize its export plan for January, Xinhua added.
Sinochem plans to boost its gasoline exports to 90,000-100,000 tons in
January up from 60,000 tons in December, Xinhua said.
Sinopec's gasoline export plan will be decided next week, Xinhua added.
