BioCryst: FTC OKs license agreement with Roche
SAN FRANCISCO (AFX) - BioCryst Pharmaceuticals Inc. after Wednesday's
closing bell said it has received Federal Trade Commission clearance for a
licensing agreement with Roche. The agreement grants Roche exclusive, worldwide
rights to develop and commercialize BioCryst's Phase I compound, BCX-4208, for
the prevention of acute rejection in transplantation and for the treatment of
autoimmune diseases.
