River Diamonds says FD buys 250,000 shares in co; lifts stake to 0.29 pct


LONDON (AFX) - River Diamonds PLC said its finance director Kiran Caldas
Morzaria bought 250,000 shares in the company at 0.9 pence each, taking his
holding to 1.65 mln shares or 0.29 pct.
The company also said AMC Ltd, a company associated with director Anthony
Balme, bought 1 mln shares at 0.9 pence each, lifting his stake to 8.75 mln
shares or 1.55 pct of the shares in issue.
