Martin Renilson, non-executive director, purchased 2,350 ordinary shares of 10p
in the company on 22nd December 2005 at a price of 42p. His total holding,
following the purchase of these shares, is 4,350 ordinary shares of 10p, being
0.054% of the issued share capital in the company.
Well Martin - what a wholly pathetic investment - a total of £1000 including commission - what message does this send to investors? Only that you could only be bothered to shake the last few coppers out of your piggy-bank....hardly a meaningful investment or a signal that the shares are worth buying is it????
