If I were you I'd want to be approaching this rise with a loaded wagon. Some of us are fully loaded now and prepared for the journey.
RoL,
It would seem that they are going to try and get as many prospects proved up around Douglas as possible and focus development around the Douglas location. It would be too expensive to run extensive pipelines capable of supporting several developments over a long distance to the coast. It would be much cheaper to tie all fields into a LNG, GTL, Fertilizer or petrochemical plant on site. Then ship your solids or liquids down the river as if you had found oil or large volumes of condensate in the first place. If they have 200bcf it should support a decent power plant or fertilizer plant for at least 5 years. If you get puk puk etc on top of that it will be happy days. They will imo go for the cheapest possible development i.e. onsite bringing in Douglas and possibly puk puk and others at a later date if they are successful.
