tinker tailor is bigging up rift by pointing out other oil explorers have found oil, in this case in the same country. The upside is that that makes it more likely somebody that does have cash will get round to building a liquid natural gas bottling plant and thereby give rift a chance to sell its gas as it has no other way to shift it to market and get some $$. No plant no dollars. There is no pipeline infrastructure there.
we stand a good chance if the price shooting up, and a fair chance of it diving too.
