Robin defining commercialisation is the hard part and they have said so.
As to time frames for development this may also take some time. There is no pipeline and any of the moderate Condensate production has to go by river.
To get the condensate they will have to produce the gas to separate the condensate and then re-inject the gas.
The only way to get rid of the gas economically is if someone builds a power station, or for example a methanol plant, or use the gas at some mining complex.
Any of these computations will revolve round the building of such plants then a dedicated pipeline, or process the gas on site to liquid and ship it to the nearest end user source.
The logistics of development and distances involved are extremely complex to say the least.
