Haven't you heard about the discovery of a kimberlite vein on a RDG property with such a dense concentration of diamonds that you can literally pluck them from the walls of the shaft. Everywhere you look. The miners have to wear goggles to keep from being blinded by the brilliance of the gazillion huge high grade diamonds in plain sight. The De Beers family have started negotiations and want to buy the property for 250 billion rand, but that would be too much of a bargain. However, if the RDG directors refuse it's likely the De Beers family will dispatch assassins to London to take care of things. It's still unclear what will happen to the PM properties, since these are without value compared to the new find. The RDG directors are rumoured to have agreed in principle to sell RDG to the De Beers family for a mere 700 quid per share, but this is sure to leave many shareholders with a very bad aftertaste. Why sell so cheap they will complain. The majority will want to go for a quick buck though. Richgit and Eurofox are rumoured to want to throw a big party for all (former) shareholders to celebrate their rise to billionaire status, provided the deal gets the go ahead.
