Retail Decisions to Double From Here

Good afternoon everyone.

Donīt know if anyone is available to help.....

I am in Lanzarote on the hotel internet....

Now they have free WIFI access & I have my WIFI laptop here.....it connects ok but I can't view the internet.

I have to choose a network & hotelxxxxx (where Iīm staying) comes up.....I click connect.

OK so far.

hotelxxxxx now has "automatic" against it.

I then press internet explorer & the dial-up-connection box comes up with my usual BT internet options etc....

Then I get "Unable to connect" message.

What I obviously need is for something to come up on the computer so that I can enter the user name & password the hotel have given me.

Any ideas anyone ?
