tburns,
One point which continues to puzzle me is why the Institutions voted for the SOA if it did not present the best chance of recovery. The only conclusion I can reach is that they did it to overcome the defence that Rybak put forward - ie only shareholders and not the company could take legal action. In this respect we had no choice but to pass our rights to LGB so the company could act for us.Like many I wish the terms of the SOA had been different but this is now history. With DB suitably incentivised and the SOA we have the best chance of succeeding in our action but it is sad that a small group of shareholders have not contributed anything towards this and continue to make a nuisance of themselves.I hope that the RA will leave DB alone to get on with a job that we , the SOA members, are paying him to do.
