Reneuron - second time lucky?

theband - Mesoblast's SP has been very volatile - it fell to as low as A$1.44 on 30th October and again on 30th November and twice reached A$1.75 inbetween. In a sense RENE's recent trebling masks the fact it held at 25p for the last quarter of 2005, and is now of course 40p.


It is of course impossible to equate the two SP patterns, but if I were to guess then there is immediate potential for a 10%-20% uplift in the SP once Approval is granted and upward pressure on the SP from then on as it comes increasingly to the attention of institutions; as it receives inevitable 'human interest' press coverage (eg. the Telegraph) throughout the next 12 months; and as it pans out against the broker's SP expectation of £1.06, based on the stroke procedure alone.
