I have not been married for that many years and still remember mine.... its special because of who you are marrying and your family friends who will be with you - not how much it costs - it will whistle by so fast anyway....

Dont worry about the scale of it.... a big wedding for 100 guests neednt cost more than 15k and you can probably do it for a lot less....nothing wrong with booking a nice country pub out for the night after a wedding in a village church....you could do that for maybe £5k or less all in... and I understand they are now doing wedding dreses at M&S....

Harrods are good too of course for the old wedding dresses....
