As I try to be transparent, (and I apologise, if this information is not required), I have sold my few SOLA shares. It is not because I have a problem with the company. In fact, I think it is a potentially great company. The reason for my selling out is that I have a limited amount of funding for investment, (I made a decision on an amount to put at risk with my portfolio). I have made losses in my first attempts at investing/trading and I am currently practising break-out trading, along with some long term blue chip investments. I have spotted some potential breakouts and have decided to place the profits from SOLA in these shares, (hopefully, for a quick return). I decided to do this in between news flow from SOLA. However, SOLA is still of paramount interest to me and I hope to be back in at some point. If not, I wish you all good fortune.
I would also like to point out that I am learning share investing/trading and this thread has helped. Even the ridiculous posts are of value. They have made me aware of what we are all up against. They also exercise my sense of reason and willingness to accept opinions. I know I will not be tempted to resort to using abuse. I have also learned that I am not easily scared into selling, due to the de-rampers tactics.
There are several posters here, whose words I respect and I trust they are genuine. OC, Lofty, Callianne, TeaPreacher, JTCod and mbadfvn05 are some of the posters I trust.
You will see my posts again, if I succeed in getting back in these shares. Otherwise, thankyou for the great words, which have helped to make me a good return on my investment.
