I am planning to buy in tomorrow as I beleive that it will be a good entry point. As a high growth company, I do expect some valatility. It is normal that people who bought at sub 200p to take some profit but I cannot see any fundemental reasons that this will not be 800p sometime in 2007. I do not have a crystal ball and hence I do not know if I will get a chance to buy in at a lower price or not.
What matters to me is that the latest news from the company is indicating that the company is experiencing a phenomenal growth rate. The revenue and profits are doubling every six months, etc. The PEG is indeed exteremley low. I also beleive in this technology and in my opinion it is the way forward for the future of the energy supply. If the price drop further I can always add even more. If I listen to the shorters opinion I would never invest in any company. I do remember the time that the shorters claiming that VOD will be 70p when it was 110p.
I also like the fact that the company is based in China. Chinese people are not only very talented and competent but more importantly the labour cost is extremely cheap and they are very hard working.
