Dear Shareholders (customers),
Unfortunately, we have experienced problems with shipping our accessories range from the US. The products are being held in customs in the UK, we are not sure when they will be released and for what reason they are being retained.
We are talking with our freight company to try and resolve this issue, I apologise for the obvious inconvenience.
We cannot guarantee the following products will be delivered by Christmas day:
