RC Group (RCG) - Ready to tap into $4 Billion Market

Marvel Technology announces today (1 August 2005) that we had reached an agreement to group with the RC Group - a U.K AIM listed company in biometrics and RFID.

This grouping process will re-brand Marvel Technology with a whole new image, as well as a new name: RCG Marvel.

The move will bring RCG Marvel better financial and resource supports. In the near future, technology transfers will bring both parties with better and more comprehensive solutions, from the front end, to the back end.

For the benefits of our customers, we will keep on providing better services to our clients, including the supports and sponsorship for pilot runs in RFID projects, development of new software, and a whole new idea in financing our clients in hardware purchasing.

Existing customers with maintenance contracts will not be affected by the deal. Meanwhile, all new contracts will be signed under RCG Marvel effective from 1st September, 2005.

As a commitment to our clients, RCG Marvel will continue to provide our clients with the latest technologies, the most sophisticated solutions, most competitive pricings as well as the best after sale services.
