One wonders for how much longer this status quo can continue. We are about to enter the new financial year with projected earnings for 2006 of 5.7p giving a PE of under 7.
This compares to US competitors who have a PE of 20 or thereabouts.
If the company announces terrible trading news, fine, I can understand such a miserly rating. But if it delivers on the broker's estimates, then the current rating is far too low for a company that's growing eps at more than 50% and has a wallet full of cash.
Having spoken to the company last week, I'm told it's confident of hitting its targets.
So one way or t'other, the SP has to move.
