F430. one question: externally of commodities where have Rab been renowned or even capable in the past of making money? I really look forward to your answer, especially in context of the overall market competition at present. My answere, and i have proof - they cannot!
In your reference to Marshall Wace in an earlier post: Rabs European L/S fund could only ever dream of becoming what MW has become. Rabs most capable European manager left for fresher grass back at JP: hardly a sign of keeping the best talent is it?
btw: Mittals recent purchase evidently wasnt welcomed by the market to finish down today. A number of hf's went short, but then again you'd know this wouldnt you because you have 10 years experience! Even though hardly any hf's even existed 10 years ago. (apart from Renaissance, Quantum etc)....
