1. QXL issued over 132,000,000 additional shares during 2001. Nothing to do with the £15,000,000 bond.
2. During 2001 QXL issued a £15,000,000 converatable bond. That equates roughly to the entire current market cap of QXL. There is therefore high risk that this will dilute the equity of QXL. QXL have already recived the £15,000,000 from the issue. The money either has to be paid back in cash or has to by the issue of more shares.
Market Maker - Question - If QXL is a "road to riches" why have the directors not bought shares in QXL? I take it that you agree that the directors understand more about QXL than you or BOBSWORTH!!
