Rod, I do appreciate the Mayo's locals point to a degree but safety for the majors is Paramount these days. I know, I use to Work on contract to some majors. Hemel Hemstead I believe in parts is quite old. Please don't quote me but I believe plants such as that should be build in unpopulated areas. There are some in Mayo and other areas on the West coast of Ireland.
