3. 05/09/05 PDX Sonic A&B Process Systems
4. 19/08/05 PDX Sonic Geest Foods
5. 29/07/05 PDX DARPA (Basilisk development contract)
6. 26/07/05 PDX Sonic Premier Foods

8. 17/05/05 PDX Sonic Campbell Grocery
9. 23/11/04 PDX 25 Coca-Cola Enterprises
10. 11/03/04 PDX Welcome Foods
The above list shows all of the orders for which I have seen RNS confirmation. Over a period six months (May 05 to November 05) the company announced eight orders.
Over the last two months, when order placement should be expected at least to keep pace with the previous six months, there has not been a single order.
It is known that the company sold the first five machines at or near to cost price. I have no problem with that - any good fisherman throws ground bait into his swim. But I do have a big problem if after ground baiting his swim, the fisherman catches no fish.
Is the lack of recent orders an indication that the company cannot sell the Sonic series at a price which gives them a reasonable margin. Because if this is the case, it is time that the directors took action to remedy the situation.
The recent World exclusive Tyco announcement for Firemist was excellent news, but there was no indication of revenue expectations. By way of comparison, when Alizyme negotiated an exclusive licence with Takeda of Japan to sell one of their drugs in Japan, the agreement included an up front payment plus staged payments totalling $40 million over a period of five years.
WHAT MONEY DO PURSUIT DYNAMICS GET FROM TYCO, (A $40 BILLION COMPANY), IN RETURN FOR A WORLD EXCLUSIVE LICENCE?
If the RNS is telling the whole story, the answer is not a penny! and if the answer is not a penny I accuse the board of gross incompetance.
HELLO PURSUIT DYNAMICS. YOU OWE US SOME INFORMATION. I SUGGEST THAT YOU OPEN THE WINDOWS, LET SOME FRESH AIR INTO THE BUILDING, AND PUT PEN TO PAPER TO TELL US WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON.
And if the remedy is that those who cannot make a useful contribution to sales should go, then so be it.
