Re your comments concerning aspirin. Advised by patient with HBP that stopping taking aspirin either as conscious decision or inconvenient/forgetting to, (for 7 days +) can lead to worsening condition and cause stroke. Dr advised this prognosis when patient examined and found to have stroke. Patient leads high risk life style, so not just aspirin, but combination of drug and health condition.
Maybe worth noting and and checking with your Dr to establish fundementals before kicking asirin into the long grass.
