Totally agree with you. Part of the loss was IMHO Diclomax advertising to try and fight off the loss of sales, linked to overheavy overheads which were not cut on the disposal of Falk in expectation of Erdotin. Once these are cleaned up and sales have levelled off (or recoverd somewhat) profits should come back. Also anyone looking to buy would be discounting the £1.5M goodwill write off taken against profits - they are cash positive even in bad times.
