johnmag2000...I mentioned a deal of some sort, whether that will be a full acquisition of diagnostics remains to be seen and would depend on the sums/shares involved. The other scenario would be a license type agreement where by the rights/exclusivity is sold (for a large sum) and royalties paid to Provalis on sales.
Provalis are actively seeking a deal with a marketing partner for G5 that involves an upfront license payment and R&D cost commitments, akin to biotech deals? This is because G5 (currently being evaluated) has huge potential and Provalis is showing great confidence in the product by looking for such a deal. Provalis are too small to get all the benefits that a massive world market has to offer, I am suggesting we will see a deal in some form or another that creates value AND revenues for shareholders going forward.
