Whatever your fantasies may be, I prefer to speak to the company and find out the truth, which is as follows,
- Sanofi are NOT insiders.
- the PRM shares are held by a Sanofi investment trust with totally seperate management to the pharma side. The investment trust management would not be aware of any forthcoming PRM deals. Perhaps it is surprising to many but huge pharmas and Sanofi in particular often suffer from the 'left hand not knowing what the right hand is up to'.
- when they made the investment 3/4 years ago, they said that they may buy or sell PRM shares. Remarkably they have done neither to date.
- I imagine that the Sanofi investment trust will be made aware of forthcoming events.
