Another very pertinent point to make is that historically there has been a very good relationship between the progonists. It was some 12 months ago that the warranty claim was exercised against S.A. and if that had provoked a degree of animosity towards PRM then any selling would have started at around that period.
If indeed what we see is recent selling then what has provoked it? An imminent settlement which in the eyes of S.A. is totally unjustified? This in itself would suggest a monetary amount at the upper end of the 0 to e30m spectrum. But surely even this would pale into insignificance to the multi billion euro coffers of Sanofi Aventis. The last point to make here is that such a settlement would propel the PRM share price into the realms of 3 figures, so even then, selling at this juncture would be self-defeating in purely finacial terms.
