The more I examine this conundrum the more perplexed I am. The announcement late this afternoon refers to a reduced holding from X to Y. Most such announcements usually refer to date of transaction and price.
As`far as "unrelated party" is concerned, any diposal to a related party would still have to be aggregated for the purpose of disclosure. And as far as implementing a sales programme is concerned, your starting point is 18,000,000, maybe you would insruct your broker to sell circa, up to 2 million shares. Even if you ended up with a shortfall against this figure, would you really end up with such an odd amount? However, the most important fact in this examination is the "insider" implications. That is why I have serious doubts that they have recently sold.
