What your find teaches me is that the IP associated with Brax/Xzillion has not been transferred in its entirety to PRM. I know this because Trillion talk of 20 patent families which do not appear under the assignee name "Trillion" or the inventors names of "Andrew Thompson" and/or "G Schmidt". So it would appear the missing "Trillion" patents must come from the original Brax/Xzillion portfolio.

So it would appear the warranties have arisen out of some contractual complication connected to the ownership and/or rights to the original Brax/Xzillion portfolio.

The delay in the TMT deal(s) is probably substantially due to the delay in the grant of the TMT1 patent application.
