I take it from your 'wink' that you believe the ABI/Ambion deal highlighted by roy123 fits into the jigsaw puzzle. Would you like to expand on this for us BRM's? Is it the case that they are going down the road that MUST use PRM's IP, or is it the case that they just could? If the latter, is there a danger of PRM being by-passed? Also, as ABI have simply got on and concluded an unconditional deal with Ambion, why would they still be fannying around with the PRM agreement 9 months after the HoA if it is a crucial piece of the jigsaw. Don't just wink, enlighten us!
