Your last point is valid, and it would be interesting to have an informed answer. iTRAQ is certainly being used, and from what we read it seems to be covered by TMT. It is even shown as part of ProteoSHOP. I believe that in spite of the drivel that seems to be posted when no one can think of anything constructive to say, it is only a matter of time until a revolution in diagnostics and treatment will evolve, and those who are in at the beginning will be fortunate. I don't think I have used English in a way that will be at all confusing to those who have a genuine interest in, and some understanding of the science!
