Not a problem Ian, just curious about the desired effect and what your target audience is. You said some time ago that you were probably more comfortable with the type of risk/reward one gets with, say, a FTSE 100 stock, so I understand your own particular nervousness with Proteome. But for those that are prepared to take on board the likely uncertainties with a smaller AIM company, this is more than adequately offset by knowledge of the likely returns when we have delivery. We could argue till the cows come home about the merits of different risk/reward strategies.
Perhaps one day we'll see a post from you lending some support to the bulls? How about that for a New Year's resolution, go on - it's not so difficult really! Merry Xmas to you.
Glenn - I have to say an end Dec update from the company is very unlikely. We will hear when we have TMT completion (or if ProteoSHOP or some other deal beats it to the winning post), but only then. Having said that, I agree that shorters are more likely to have an anxious Xmas than the longs for obvious reasons - but that's their choice.
