Your comment "Continually covering the past and what hasn't happened is not a clear indicator to the future."

The past not be a clear indicator to the future, but how many investors buy a share without looking at the past and making an assessment of the company's performance, and using that as one of the criteria on which to make the investment. Proteome shares will only go up if sufficient people invest. As a holder, even I am way beyond my normal tolerance level with the delays (with management promises, estimates, projections, hopes etc being hopelessly unfulfilled), but I still believe in the end result so I continue to hold. This doesn't make me right under any sensible investment rules - only a deal will do that.

"To date not one 'negative' poster has covered the issue of the IP in terms of value." You could argue that IP has value in only two situations - it either produces income through deals with other parties to use your IP, or you sell it or the company. To date neither has happened so anyone's guess is as good as that of anyone else. You can look at what has happened at other companies, but at this stage everything is just an assumption.

Your somewhat cryptic comment "PRM on the other hand will only want so much cash as part of the deal" I find somewhat difficult to decipher. I can understand that Proteome would not want to screw the counterparty as ongoing royalties will be the key to a successful future, but royalties are unlikely to start on day 1 (ie. they will build over time) so it would not be wise to be short of cash in the interim as no shareholders will want further dilution. How much is "so much".
