pxpx - no not kidding. Picking the year end, when pharmas who may have been dragging their heels are more likely to deal in a new financial year seems, of all times, a curious arbitary date to choose.
And no it's not a 'fact' that if we pass the year end without TMT completion (probably now the most likely outcome), that we necessarily see further funding. If TMT completion (with other deals comprising upfront payments, such as HTS) is known by the directors to be near-term, there will be no need for funds. Fact.
