when coming from a CEO, "we expect"
essentially means "we promise that we expect"
There are only a few ways around this
a) unexpected events mean that the expectations simply didnt happen
b) the expectations were poorly chosen
c) the promise was never honest
You just dont seem to be able to see why anyone could be feeling let down.
Many of us would not have invested in PRM so long ago if realistic timelines had been given!
Of course he is not actually going to say "I promise" or "cross my heart"
