Probably not all that significant but it's a small factor. New longs taken out from tomorrow would also (all other things being equal) be a small upwards factor.

Reason 5 - approaching the timeframe when Dr Green was most confident that TMT would be completed. Of course armegeddon won't occur if we reach end Dec without it (and as I've said above for me this is now the most likely outcome) but I think we have an indication that completion should be due (I'm using that word!) 'soon'.
