THAT is exactly right.
On one level, the future of PRM hangs on deals that have been "promised",
but have not yet been done. So if and when, those deals get announced,
it should move higher. But I am trying to find a reason to buy that goes
beyond betting on the timing of those deals. If the company's optimism
is not rewarded by hard news, what then? Is it cheap enough to buy anyway?
I am still trying to work this out in my own mind, as many of you will have
done (for yourselves at least) already
