I hold, but disagree. This has not been oversold, it fell to estimated value of its remaining assets, there was a pretty good analyst assessment before the last dry well saying what it was expected ELP would trade at if Jaguar was P&A'd. It was pretty darn accurate.
People here are hoping for either a speculative bubble on drilling, or actually finding commercial hydrocarbons on drilling or both. Those will both have the impact of driving up the share price. At this price I would say downside is reasonably limited, but also that it is probably pretty fairly valued.
