Proposed capital increase - good news strong buy IMHO

Reading the announcement again the % refers to the management charge attributable to capital. The charge attributable to capital is going to be increased from 65% to 75%. The flow of returns to capital has in fact been 81% of the total return so this would only seem fair in the circumstances. The Management charge starts of at 1.5% of gross assets with various increases for performance.
