I think he is implying that a valuation of 7% of the in-ground resource is a conservative value to put on the company's market cap.
ie approx $11 (497/44) as against current 92c. Potential 12-bagger - shiny enough for me.
Yes - Resource Investor used $1.20/lb, Lehman Bros later forecast $1.40/lb and the market now apparently is suggesting $1.66/lb - all going the right direction (for now)
I think the resource prices and estimates are in US$ whereas the share price is in Canadian $ but lets not quibble. (If so the story is even better because the US$ is worth approx 14% more than Can$)
