Thanks - Interesting, so the directors/major shareholders do have control in this case, but is 75% needed at an EGM? I guess the Board will have consulted other major shareholders before announcing, so de-listing is likely to go through. It is interesting that Nigel Wray is taking investments private at the moment and, along with Nick Leslau, haven't floated anything since Knutsford. No doubt they will be back in a year or two when they think they can make more money floating companies than off-market transactions! This astute duo are always a good gauge of where the economy is heading!
