I really don't think that you understand how the loan stock works. It's irrelevant whether the loan stock is converted today, tomorrow or 3 years hence, all that's relevant is that it's deeply in the money and so will be converted and hence existing shareholders have already effectively sold their upside in the company.
It's a complete certainty that the debt for equity swap will take place at 0.1p per share and as a consequence the shares in issue is going to increase to circa 960m and masses of shares are going to flood onto the market.
