theanalyst...Point taken concerning lack of figures to justify a 1p/2p claim. The difficulty is one of how to value a company lacking cash, below breakeven and in an unloved sector and carrying the risk that Headstart may dump. I suppose its a case of trying to establish a point at which a stock is undervalued even without news.Over the years I have seen stocks fall to levels where the pips squeek. Long term holders say "impossible" but it happens all the time.
As to current holders soaking up Headstart, am not sure they would/could or that new investors would suddenly dive in.Gambling is not exactly a happy sector at the moment.
But sp aside, the key thing is the point at which there is confidence the company is not going bust. From there it is just a case of having patience and timing the trade......Cant see anything about the company or sector to justify "rushing in"....but at some point it is likely to be a cracking buy for new buyers.
