Correction, of course they had an interest in EUJet, they were to fly from Manston after all! Not only that, would you put money into a venture that were going bankrupt, unless you knew that another organisation would put money into the venture too! I don't think KCC would have put council tax payers money into a black hole, they knew that PTG were to make an investment and therefore, KCC were investing in PTG as well as EUJet, and longer term, they would have known that PTG were looking to purchase the whole of EUJet.
