I strongly disagree with you on INY and T1PS as so many put faith in what was stated at the time and did not sell when I did for example and saved a lot of my bacon. Had I listened to Toms's tips and the Iny interviews, I would have gone out with over 130.000 pounds in losses. Although it was RHPS that introduced me to WGG, I did my own research and was told on numerous occcssions by Geoff Landsbury and Chris Forester that the company was totally on course and financially strong.

They both pointed out to me the EU wold be be interested in the cmpany was not solvent etc.


Of course with doctered accounts what can one do but to accept the words of the directors. However, as far as Landsbury and Forester are concerned these deliberately misled me, as they must have done others, and did so at a time when TW, based on his own stock picking creterion should have known better as a reasonable experienced stock tipster could have been expected to have done-

I feel the whole Wiggins fiasco was a con from day one and Mike Walters did warn of that. Based on what Mike siad and other signs I got out---and was glad to have done so.

Now I feel that Tom Winnifrith and Iny and the other directors should be fully investigated by the authorities.

How can a person like TW, after claiming what he did by ways of his so called research into small caps have continued to have issued a buys advice for WIGGINS when it was plain to see to the true professional, like Walters, that the writting was on the wall.

Then of course we have the bumbing Eurocrats-------this whole issue needs a closer look by the authorities. And those who lost based on Tom's continuing buy advice should be re-imbursed-----this does not include me I was out by then.

But whatever we do this matter should not be simply forgotten as those who tip shares should have a, "duty of care" to those that follow them.

OBVIOUSLY TOM'S DUTIES WERE NOT WITH THE SMALL PUNTER IN THIS CASE!
