You are probably right in saying that quote "it will take longer than expected" - it will - whatevere it is. PYC has lanquished for far too long. At its core there is a good piece of scientific systems analysis which has been very much under explioted by the previous crew. Can the new team do a better job of it - only time will tell.
I hold (invested what I am prepared to loose) and if the SP moves north my initial gut feeling will be rewarded handsomely. But - I have already written off my investment in the portfolio accounts.
